You Get What You Choose: 40 Days from Fear to Love
You've read the books. You've done the work. And somewhere along the way, you realized some of the patterns running your life were never yours to begin with. The worry. The overgiving. The rest you never let yourself take. They were handed down.
You Get What You Choose is a 40-day guided journey for midlife women who are ready to stop living inside cycles they didn't choose and start living the life, and the legacy, they do.
From November 22 to December 31, you'll move through the three archetypes of the Luxe Identity Spiral: Stagnant Stella, Searching Serena and Thriving Theresa.
Week 1: Witness the Fear Week 2: End the Self-Attack Week 3: The Cycles You Inherited Week 4: The Cycles You Choose to Break Week 5: Open to Receive Week 6: The Cycle You Start
Every morning, a new lesson opens in your portal. Each one takes about five minutes: a short teaching, a phrase to carry with you, a journal question and one small action, with an on-the-go version for busy days. Every Sunday, I'll send you an anchor lesson with my own story, a short video, a guided meditation and that week's printable workbook pages.
On New Year's Eve, you'll write and read aloud your New Timeline Statement, the moment you choose who you'll be in 2027.
This journey was inspired by my own 40-day practice with Gabby Bernstein's work and A Course in Miracles, and built on the Luxe Identity Spiral and my book, You Get What You Get. A Course in Miracles is never required. It's there for the curious.
This course is for education and inspiration, not therapy. Go at your own pace. A day counts if you do one small thing.
You get what you get, until you see the pattern. Then you get what you choose.
